Terms and Conditions

TicketsAway is a travel service provider operated by Global Konnexon LLC. By using our website or contacting our travel agents, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.
Services Provided
TicketsAway offers flights and hotels directly on the website. Car rentals, cruises, vacation packages, and travel insurance are available via phone with personalized assistance. Our services are provided through a combination of Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre and direct contracts with select suppliers, including American Airlines for vacation packages and Spirit Airlines for flight inventory.
Third-Party Providers
TicketsAway acts solely as a booking agent and does not operate or control airlines, hotels, or other travel service providers. All bookings are subject to the individual terms and conditions of the respective third-party service providers.
Booking Terms
Bookings are subject to availability and not guaranteed until confirmed with a valid ticket number or itinerary. Prices and availability can change without notice. All bookings are non-transferable.
Pricing & Fees
All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. A minimum non-refundable service fee of $30 or more will be charged for each booking, change, or cancellation. This fee is charged in addition to any fees from the airline, hotel, or service provider. Service fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
Payments
Payments may be made via credit card, debit card, PayPal, or through a secure payment link provided by our agents. You authorize TicketsAway to charge your selected payment method for the agreed-upon amounts. Depending on the transaction, the charge may appear from TicketsAway, Global Konnexon LLC, or the travel service provider.
Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellation and refund requests are subject to the policies of the airline, hotel, or other third-party provider. TicketsAway will assist with the process but does not control whether or when a refund will be issued. Processing times for refunds may take up to 4 to 10 weeks or more depending on the provider. TicketsAway’s service fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
Travel Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid travel documentation, including passports and visas, and to comply with all entry, exit, and transit requirements of your destination(s). TicketsAway is not responsible for denied boarding or losses due to documentation or immigration issues.
Customer Support
Customer support is available 24/7 via the phone number listed on our website, email, and social media channels. While we strive to provide accurate assistance, TicketsAway is not liable for losses resulting from errors or miscommunications.
Limitation of Liability
TicketsAway is not responsible for disruptions, delays, cancellations, overbookings, or other problems that may arise with the services of a third-party provider. Our liability, if any, is strictly limited to the service fee you paid us.
Chargebacks
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to contact us prior to initiating any reversal with your payment provider. If a chargeback is filed for a valid transaction, we reserve the right to recover all costs, including legal fees, and suspend any future services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TicketsAway, Global Konnexon LLC, and its affiliates from any liability, losses, claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or any breach of these terms.
Governing Law
Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Detroit, Michigan.
Modifications
These terms may be updated at any time. Updates will be posted on the website. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any revised terms.

SMS Consent Communication
The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 7 SMS messages per week related to your appointments or marketing.

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

- Call and confirm to receive updates with an agent
Opt-Out Method
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.
