Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Yes, modifications and cancellations are allowed, but they are subject to the airline's fare rules and policies. Most airlines charge change/cancellation fees depending on the class of ticket purchased. TicketsAway can assist with changes, but any applicable airline fee and our service fee will apply.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds depend on the ticket type and airline policy. Non-refundable tickets cannot be refunded, while refundable ones can be processed based on fare rules. Refund requests may take 7–21 business days after airline approval. Service fees are non-refundable.

Does TicketsAway offer airline credits or vouchers?

No, TicketsAway does not issue or manage any travel credits or vouchers. If your airline offers a credit for a canceled or changed flight, it will be managed directly by the airline and must be used under their terms and conditions. We will assist in processing it if available.

What class of service can I choose from?
